MIDDLETOWN APRN

Under the administrative and clinical supervision of the Medical Director through a written supervision agreement, performs various patient care, physician support duties and tasks as required.
Provides care services including, but not limited to, initial evaluation, physical examination and limited medication management, coordinating care with other providers, ordering labs and EKGs and obtaining information on adverse events

BRISTOL CLINIC SUPERVISOR

Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the Clinic Supervisor provides program management and oversight for the clinic. The Supervisor also works to ensure proper care is being provided in accordance with program standards, develops and provides ongoing clinical and administrative development for staff and program planning, and more. This role will be based at our Bristol Clinic.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Director of Operations is responsible for developing, managing and directing the operations, programs and activities of clinical programs across multiple locations; Oversees implementation of new programs and services, serves as a liaison with external agencies, oversees education and training of clinical staff, and serves as a member of the Corporate Compliance Committee.
