HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR
The Human Resources Director is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, including the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, employee relations, training and development, compensation and diversity/equality/inclusion.
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Director of Operations is responsible for developing, managing and directing the operations, programs and activities of clinical programs across multiple locations; Oversees implementation of new programs and services, serves as a liaison with external agencies, oversees education and training of clinical staff, and serves as a member of the Corporate Compliance Committee.
INTERNAL MEDICINE PHYSICIAN & APRN
The Staff Physician will have the ultimate responsibility for the medical aspects of the Clinic. He/she will also
provide the initial and annual medical examination and on-going medical evaluation and treatment. This responsibility will be met by the physician either through services rendered directly or through appropriate referral as specified in the contract and the Program’s Procedure Manual. The Staff Physician will work closely with the Clinic Supervisor and counselors in assessing overall progress of patients, participate in regularly scheduled staff meetings, and encourage the joint effort of all staff for maximum
effectiveness of the Clinic and achievement of Program goals.
