HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR
The Human Resources Director is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, including the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, employee relations, training and development, compensation and diversity/equality/inclusion.
CONTROLLER
The Controller serves as the senior accounting leader for Root Center for Advanced Recovery and is responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and stewardship of the organization's accounting and financial reporting functions. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Controller oversees daily accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, treasury activities, payroll administration, compliance, and audit coordination.
DIRECTOR OF REVENUE INTEGRITY & REVENUE CYCLE
The Director of Revenue Integrity and Revenue Cycle Operations is responsible for the leadership, oversight, and optimization of the organization's revenue cycle operations. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this position provides strategic and operational direction for billing, accounts receivable management, reimbursement performance, denial prevention, revenue integrity, payer compliance, and revenue cycle analytics.
