Ramon found his second chance for recovery at Root Center's Norwich Clinic, and though he is early on his path, he's making incredible progress. We are so proud of him for all his hard work, and so honored he would share his story with us.

Root Center will function as a private in network facility for the care of treatment of substance abuse and dependence and psychiatric outpatient services for adults. The project is to be located at 392 Washington St. Middletown, CT, 06457. The total capital expenditure of the proposal is $5,137,488.55.
