HIV Task Force Forum

Members of the Root team attended the mayor’s task force on HIV/AIDS annual HIV forum.
The event featured speakers on a variety of essential topics including:
- HIV and health disparities
- Progression and status of the stigma of HIV
- Evolution of HIV
- Oral manifestations of HIV
The event drew 65 attendees and offered both an opportunity to collaborate with other providers and continuing education credits (CEUs/CECs) for attendees.
