The Root Center for Advanced Recovery has provided a continuum of care to the Norwich community for over 35 years. To ensure the safety of its clients and staff, the agency was faced with the difficult decision to close the Norwich clinic location. President and CEO Steven Zuckerman discusses this obstacle in depth with the Norwich Bulletin.
