Representative Ritter tours Doctor’s Clinic

Root Center’s CEO and President Steven Zuckerman, alongside Medical Director Dr. Leonard Lev, met on April 12th with State Representative and House Majority Leader, Matthew D. Ritter, at Doctor’s Clinic, to tour the site and discuss the inequitable methadone treatment reimbursement rates. Doctor’s Clinic is one of our three Hartford locations and supports approximately 700 clients. Representative Ritter serves the Hartford District.

The study looked at what metrics patients used to define their own success in their recovery, and how researchers can reflect on the data to inform future studies regarding patients in recovery.
