Senator Cathy Osten represents the 19th District including communities of Columbia, Franklin, Hebron, Lebanon, Ledyard, Lisbon, Marlborough, Montville, Norwich & Sprague.


State Representative Kevin Ryan serves the towns of Bozrah, Montville and Norwich in the 139th House District.



On Wednesday, October 17th, The Root Center for Advanced Recovery had the pleasure of providing an onsite tour to State Senator, Cathy Osten and State Representative, Kevin Ryan at our Norwich Clinic to learn more about our behavioral healthcare services.
