Root Center’s ground-breaking ceremony for the brand-new behavioral health center in New Britain was a smashing success! We were joined by Mayor Erin Stewart, State Representative William Petit, CMHA, New Britain Recovers, the New Britain police department, and others in celebrating this important day!
